 Jira Admin

Experience : 3 Years

Location : Pune, India

Position : Full Time

Department : Technology

Qualification : 3 years experience administrating Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Jira Service Desk)

1. Configuration, maintenance, and administration of Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Jira Service Desk)
2. Evaluate and manage the usage of Atlassian add-ons to meet team and business needs
3. Work with development and design teams to identify procedural efficiencies, such as with Jira Workflows, custom fields, etc.
4. Devise, test, and deploy integrations between Atlassian products and other internal tool chains
5. Conduct training for employees and new hires on JIRA and also briefing the team/s on new functionalities
6. Research and implement new approaches on Jira and Confluence usage
7. Prompt issue resolution with JIRA Projects and Confluence in coordination with other admins, partner teams and Atlassian premier support

Skills:

1. Looking for a person with experience of data migration from an existing Service Manager/ Service Desk toolset to Jira Service Desk would be preferred
2. Strong knowledge and familiarity with JQL
3. Very strong verbal and written communication skills
4. Working knowledge of both Scrum and Kanban methodologies
5. Strong analytical and communication skills
6. Should have strong presentation, articulation skills
7. Business Domain (FinTech) knowledge/experience is a plus
8. Experience extending Atlassian products via code development is preferable
9. Experience directly integrating Atlassian products with other systems is preferable
10. Knowledge of script runner is a plus
